• Failure to attend the Class or Pass Exam/Practical will result in you having to retake the full 2 day course. No Retest or refunds offered in this situation 
• If you have been approved for a refund due to class scheduling or conflicts with the original advertised time/location/date, Refunds will be processed in full. Returned to CC used or E-transfers.

Courses become final sale 72 hours prior to the course start time or after the course has started. If the student is a non-show, all course fees are forfeited. A “no-show” refers to a candidate who fails to attend a scheduled class or session.

If you arrive 10 minutes after the start of the class, you will be denied entry to the classroom. Refunds and cancellations will not be processed within 72 hours of the course or after the course has started. You will be required to pay the full course fee if you would like to retake the course.

Students are required to follow all class rules. If a student breaks the rules and takes a longer break, they will need to contact our office via phone or email to reschedule. A $25 rescheduling fee will apply.
 

We reserve the right to cancel a class if it does not meet the class size requirements set by provincial standards. In the event that a class is cancelled by the organization, students will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. The organization is not responsible for any and all costs incurred by the student due to the cancellation, including but not limited to travel or lodging expenses, Etc.
